Shipping Information

At Tart Swim, we want your order to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.95

Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95

FREE Standard Shipping: On all orders over $75

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

Delivery Issues

If your package appears delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or any safe spots where the carrier may have left it. If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, contact us at hello@tartswim.com and we will help resolve the issue.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via Standard Shipping. Please note that Express Shipping is not available for these addresses.
