Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to love every Tart Swim piece. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@tartswim.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and drop off at your nearest carrier location
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size? We are happy to exchange! Follow the same return process above and let us know the size you need. We will ship your new item as soon as we receive the return, free of charge.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear with the hygiene liner removed or damaged cannot be returned. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@tartswim.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Late Returns

Returns received after the 30-day window may be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
