Sizing
How do I find the right size for my child?
We recommend measuring your child and comparing to our size chart. Our swimwear runs true to size. When in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a longer wear period. Each product page includes a detailed size guide.
What ages do your sizes cover?
Our swimwear is available in sizes 18 Months through 8-9 Years. We are always working to expand our size range.
Do your swimsuits run large or small?
Our suits run true to size with a slightly generous fit for comfort and movement. If your child is between sizes, size up for room to grow.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 12pm EST on business days ship same day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Swimwear hygiene liners must be intact.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@tartswim.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Care
How should I care for Tart Swim pieces?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid wringing or twisting. Do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry. Rinse after each use in chlorinated or salt water.
Will the colors fade?
Our fabrics are treated for colorfastness, but prolonged exposure to chlorine and direct sunlight can cause fading over time. Rinsing immediately after swimming and drying in shade will help maintain vibrancy.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us at hello@tartswim.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
I received the wrong item or a defective product. What should I do?
We are so sorry! Please email hello@tartswim.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
